I want to thank the staff at CSN Orillia, Tyler, Don and Jillian for the outstanding service nI received in the bodywork repairs to my vehicle. The repair work was amazing and the additional "added touch" service like washing and detailing the exterior and interior after the repairs was terrific. We needed the replacement of a cracked rear tail light and damaged rear bumper for our ten-year old car. My car needed some front end repair so I went to Industrial Park Collision for an estimate. The price quoted was very fair and I was so please with the work and the fact that there were no extra charges. Reception staff were great as were the people who worked on my car. My car received some damage to the rear panel and bumper on the passenger side sustained in an area of road construction in the States while on a return home trip due to the COVID pandemic. I took it to IPC on a Friday morning and, to my surprise, they had it repaired beautifully for my pick up that same day. What they charged me was far less (extremely far less) than what I figured it would cost. A BIG THANK YOU to Industrial Park Collision hardly seems enough....I truly appreciate your efforts and service and highly recommend them for their friendly, courteous attitude.

Joy and Dan at CNS have been taking care of me and my family since forever. It's not that I have many accidents but I am on the road much of the time and accidents happen. Everyone in this shop will explain everything that they are going to do to put your vehicle back in good order. Honestly, I wouldn't go anywhere else. I have used Industrial Park Collision on several occasions and it is "the best".The strength of the business is outstanding quality and ultimate perfection of repairs. Tyler is quick with estimates and explains options. Kristen and Melanie are delightful. I am impressed with the participation in high school Co-op, Apprentice training and financial assistance for college tuition. I commend you for supporting Children's Wish Foundation. A sense of humour is evident . The coffee bar is "Carbucks" Sign in office is typical of this well run business "We are proud of our shop and customers are encouraged to tour".

I work in a large industry, where customer relations is a huge part of our job. That being said, my expectations of customer service are high and I know that I'm a hard person to please. My expectations were far exceeded with CSN Industrial Park Collison. While at a doctors appointment out of town, someone decided to take their fist to the hood of our new Mitsubishi while it was parked in a private parking lot, leaving a 8 inch dent in the middle of my hood. I called a few body shops and got quotes of $500+. I decided to go for one last quote. I pulled in to CSN Collision, Tyler took my truck in right away. He called me back to have a look and was able to fix the dent on the spot. I was spared a lot of time, money and aggravation and I'm so grateful for their customer service and expertise! I was rear ended by three different vehicles on the 401 in my Toyota Matrix RX.
