After an update to Fiber, our Dell laptop would not recognize the new WIFI signal so we could not log onto our new high speed internet. TCC ordered and installed a part which solved our problem. Very pleasant, quick and reasonable. Thanks
Horrible..... Payed 200 for screen repair on my phone and they broke power button and volume buttons. Plus my speaker. Told me they would replace and fix the part they damaged during the time they had my phone. They just had to order it. Its been months now. They dont even bother to call. Horrible, horrile way of doing business

I just had the battery in my tablet replaced. The tech at TCC had it finished the same day which was much appreciated. The tablet is in perfect condition.The price was excellent, and Jesse was very polite as always. I had a small problem previous to this with my cell phone which Best Buy couldn't be bothered to try to figure out, and I stopped in here and they had it solved within minutes. Very knowledgeable and helpful!!
Took TCCs educational course on FACEBOOK on October 24-2018 and now I can, finally, face up to it. Tim's knowledge and experience brought Facebook into a manageable focus for me. He introduced me to Facebook Marketplace (I was previously unaware of this). I would anticipate signing up for TCCs course on Window's 10 and maybe more. JOHNNY
I got a brand new iPad screen put on this past August. When I first received it back. It was fine. However, as time went on, my screen started jumping to different sites, and randomly typing letters and symbols. I can’t even open my emails, as it kept jumping out. I went back to Tech City last week, and the said the part was warranted for one month! I was shocked, as these screens aren’t cheap, and I was under the impression that it would be a year. They told me they could look at it again, but it woul cost me full price of $126.00. This is absolutely ridiculous. Needless to say, I will not recommend this business to anyone, and you should be hard pressed to ever get your iPad screen done there.

Although our associate was correct in telling you that we warrant the parts and/or service for thirty days after pickup, I'm sure that we can come to some agreement as to how to proceed with getting your iPad fully functional again. Tech City was SO helpful this morning. I do not have a landline and I commute for work so my cellphone is my lifeline. It stopped working on me the night previous and I need somewhere close to work and fast to get it fixed. Tech City had a quote back to me within 40 minutes of sending the email request which is was well before their opening hours. They were open by 8am and had my phone fixed before 9am despite the fact that they were having some hydro issues within their building. Awesome service and a good price. I would definitely recommend this place! Thanks again guys!
I needed my phone unlocked and after a run-around from other places, someone recommended Tech City Centre. I am glad they did since they were able to do it efficiently, quickly and at a reasonable price. They don't talk down to people who are less savy and are very polite. Thanks
I got my iPhone screen repaired here in December. Excellent same day service! Staff were very friendly and helpful, and my phone was ready for me in under 2 hours. The screen is excellent quality, colours are very sharp. I've had another in the past, and it wasn't as clear as this one at all. Prices are also very good!
My iPad screen broke the next day, crap quality, I would like to get it fixed, but I've lost trust and I don't have the money, my iPad is freaking out an wont let me to anything when I first got it the screen was lifting up and I was disappointed and cried. I would like my money back too. Disappointed in this place I would give it 0 stars if possible.
Hi Madison. I'm troubled about your situation. Have you called the store or come in yet? You have a 30 day guarantee on the repair, so you are more than welcome to return to the store so that we can help you with this case. If the screen was lifting, then there is a possibility that the adhesive holding the screen simply let go, and we would replace the screen at no charge for this.

I have been to TCC a few times for iPhone repairs and the service is exceptional every time. I get a friendly greeting when i walk in, a quick initial diagnosis, a reasonable repair estimate, and the repairs completed in time ,Every Time. Being in customer service myself, I am always watching as other vendors provide services to me and this place does it right. Well done TCC. (And as a bonus for me, they sell ink to fit my printer at a great price.)
I cannot say how comfortable and at ease I felt when I brought my computer to be repaired at Tech City Center. The staff was very accommodating and I left with a sense that they would do their best to make sure that I go my computer back in working order in a reasonable amount of time. My computer runs perfect, they even took the time to clean it out for me and I could not believe how reasonable the price of my repair was. If you're looking for a reliable trustworthy company to have your computer, laptop or cellphone repaired, this is most definitely the place to go to. I highly recommend Tech City Center!!
