Jaime is a Registered Kinesiologist and Certified Personal Trainer who graduated from the University of Guelph-Humber with a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Kinesiology and from George Brown with a Diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion. Jaime has a vast knowledge in strength & conditioning from working with amateur and professional hockey players.
