My daughter begs for this magnesium cream after heavy ballet workouts as she says its the only thing that brings relief! I use the spray and get deepest nights sleep Ive had since before I had children. Ive tried a lot of different magnesium supplements, creams and powders from the US, Australia and Mexico and this is by far the best!
