Fall 2017- Yoga for Managing Stress
Tired? Wired? Having trouble adjusting to the new rhythm that September brings? Yoga for managing stress is focussed on helping you build a personal selfcare program over 10 weeks. You will learn gentle movement, breathing and meditation techniques and routines to help you get out of that tired/ wired cycle, relieve stress and improve sleep.

A great class for those who want a slowly moving and meditative practice. Breathwork, movement and time for relaxation are all part of this practice. Chairs and blocks are provided. Pre-registration required.
