As of Monday March 23rd, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily suspend some of our services to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. In an effort to keep our customers and staff healthy and safe only essential service calls will be done at this time, and our office will be closed. During this time we will continue to check and return phone and email messages within one business day. If your appliance is under warranty, please contact your warranty provider. If your appliance is not under warranty, please leave us a detailed phone message including your name, phone number, address, the make of the appliance and a brief description of the problem you are experiencing. If you are looking to purchase a part or product, please leave us a message with your name and phone number, as well as the part or product you are looking for, and we will do our best to get it for you and make arrangements for you to pick it up.
