Everlasting Beauty’s mission has always been to provide the highest available quality care, services, and experience.

As EB prepares to reopen our doors, the steps taken demonstrate our persistent resolve to this commitment. At your next appointment, in addition to upholding the high standards that we have always maintained, you will notice updated protocols, above and beyond the required. Please read them over so you know what to expect when you come to your appointment.

• Before your Arrival:  Please ensure you have properly washed your hands and bring your own clean mask. If arriving for a lash treatment, ensure lashes have been properly cleaned.  If you have been wearing mascara, please refrain from using any mascara 3 days prior to appointment.  All mascara leaves a residue on your lashes and directly effects your retention.

 

• Temperature checks: All clients will be screened upon arrival. Anyone with an elevated temperature will not be permitted to enter.

 

• Prior to your appointment: Clients will be asked to complete a health screening and a consent for treatment form. In addition, we will securely store credit card information for contactless payment.

 

• Arrival:  Relax in your vehicle; we will greet you with a warm welcome and a temperature reading.

 

• Additional prevention measures: There will be zero wait time in the waiting room. Clients will be offered hand sanitizer before being taken directly to their scheduled treatment.   Please bring/wear a mask.  We are limited on the number of masks we have on the studio, however one can be provided at an additional cost.

 

• Our new ‘look’: You will notice all beds have been stripped down in order to be easily disinfected between each client.

 

• Behind the scenes: As always, all equipment, tools and supplies have been meticulously prepared for your arrival. In addition to every surface being treated with the proper disinfection tools.

 

• Time to say goodbye: At the end of your appointment, we will schedule your next appointment and email your receipt. Our appointments are being scheduled carefully in order to provide extra time for cleaning and disinfection of equipment and tools. 

 

• As before: We are striving to create a safe and pampering environment with one to one personal service.

 

• If you are unwell:  Please cancel your appointment, we do ask for a minimum 24 hours notice.  We do understand times have changed we will do our best to accommodate you and reschedule your appointment.  However, if last minute cancellations become habitual we will charge for the missed appointment. If you wake up not feeling well please reschedule your appointment.

 

• Scheduling: Is challenging right now, as I have to provide enough time between clients, and everyone needs full sets.  Please respect that my time is valuable too. All scheduled appointments will be reserved with a credit card to hold your valuable spot.

We appreciate your understanding regarding our new procedures and hope you appreciate the added safety measures we are taking to ensure your care. We may look a little different today but are committed to delivering the same excellence and care you are accustomed too.
