Jake was my second opinion about my furnace. Could of convinced me to get a new furnace just like the first person. tested the furnace and gave it a green light. He showed me readings for Co and they were just fine. The other guy would not but said they were not good. HONEST and friendly. You are a 5star plus in my book and I would gladly recommend you all!! Thank You

Jake was a big help over the phone the day BEFORE our appointment. He made me feel comfortable with the work we had him do. His troubleshooting was proof of his knowledge and professionalism. An honest pro who is sure to succeed. Two thumbs up Jake.

Contacted Jake when another contractor backed out of the job and couldn't have been more impressed. Very responsive, professional, good communication. The heat pump he installed works great so far, and the installation is better than I expected. Would highly recommend.

Black River Heating & Cooling installed my new heat pump and I couldn’t be more pleased. It works great and is a very neat and tidy install. The tech treated my house like it was his own and made sure every detail of the job was up to code. Cant recommend this company enough! Thanks for all your hard work Jake!

Jake was great, he came the same day and fixed our air conditioner. He was really nice and explained the problem. I would highly recommend him, and will definitely be calling him when ready to replace our furnace.
