Her passion around branding, self-confidence and character study is contagious and it is her purpose to guide individuals and organizations to achieving their wildest dreams through self-discovery and exploration of values. She does this through personal one-on-one coaching, speaking engagements, corporate training events and edutainment! Her focus is to bring more leaders into this world who are full of integrity and passion. Her TEDx talk "Lead Without Permission", explores gender inequality and encourages women to step into their spotlight. She is the creator of License to Succeed: Lead Without Permission, a 3-month, online, transformational leadership and confidence program.
