GLAD PROGRAM: This is Susan. Susan started out as a patient with Orillia Sports Medicine’s GLA:D program for osteoarthritis and as well as doing nutritional counseling & manual therapy on her knee. She was able to make amazing strides in terms of increasing her strength, decreasing her pain and blood pressure.
