President’s Message
Happy New Year Ladies!!
Welcome to a new year which hopefully will eventually bring us all together once again.
Many changes are happening locally and globally but as women you are strong, inventive and able to adapt and overcome the challenges of today in order to best care for your families, friends and businesses.
My heartfelt congratulations to Carloyn-Marie Goodwin as the recipient of our 2020 Woman of the Year award and to Julianne Pires as our 2020 Young Woman of the Year award recipient. Also, congratulations to Dale McKay, Jenna Green, Allana George, Trish Holloway, Emily Hawton and Alyssa Mandarino for being our 2020 nominees in these categories. I feel honoured to have all of you representing the wonderful women and young women we are blessed to have in our community.
Again, I would like to thank our fabulous 2020 Gala Committee who worked so diligently to put this exciting celebratory virtual event together. Much gratitude to Sheila Hayden, Shelle Hossack, Susan Zaroski, Leah Cavanaugh and Ronda Hales. To our generous sponsors, I can’t thank you enough for continually being there for us.
