DECEMBER 2016 - OBWA CHRISTMAS DINNER PARTY!
 OBWA meets every second Wednesday of the Month (September thru June) at the Mariposa INN and Conference Centre on Memorial Drive Orillia for Networking, Fun, Food and to hear a wonderful Guest Speaker.
The OBWA meeting is held at the Mariposa Inn & Conference Centre, 400 Memorial Ave. Orillia

Networking: 5:30 – 6:30 pm
Christmas Buffet Dinner: 6:30 pm
Ho! Ho! Ho! Merry Christmas!
We are so EXCITED to welcome members, guests and newcomers to the OBWA Annual Christmas Party! 
On Wed. December 14 th we’re going to get together to celebrate and enjoy each other’s company with a great Christmas Buffet! and fun activities. Again this year we have the “Bring a Gift, Get a Gift” optional gift exchange (value approx. $20), our tradition of singing “The 12 Days of Christmas”, and “The Most Spectacular Christmas Hat” contest. We are also going to have our Bake Table for those members who want to bake and bring goodies to sell, if you are able. We are raising funds for an non-profit organization. We are asking for non-perishable food donations in support of the Lighthouse and Building Hope Campaign. To top off the night we’ve hired a KARAOKE DJ! So, bring your singing voices and dancing shoes and prepare to rock the night away!
BUFFET DINNER: $30 for members and first time guests, $37 for Guest (non-members)
Should you need to cancel your attendance for the OBWA dinner meeting, please do so by Monday, December 12 - 3pm. After this date, no cancellations will be accepted and you will be responsible for the cost of your missed dinner.
We are pleased to announce we will be collecting non-perishable food donations the night of our Christmas Party, all collected items will go towards the Lighthouse and Building Hope Campaign event on December 20th.
November’s Business Card of the Month winner was Shelle Hossack OBWA President, and Nygard Style Direct, will have the opportunity to showcase her business at our next Networking Dinner Meeting.
Do not forget to bring your business cards to the meetings. OBWA members will once again have the opportunity to be chosen as the Feature Business of the Month. If your business card is chosen, it will be featured on the OBWA website, and you will have the opportunity to showcase your business at the following month’s networking dinner with a trade table. To those of you who have expressed interest in joining the “Women of the Year” Gala committee, there will be a sign-up sheet available at the registration table at our next networking dinner meeting.
