This has been a great pizza for many years.
But , all good things do come to an end.
We order 2 to 3 pizzas a month and have Noticed since new owners a DECLINE in quality.
We always order the Xtra large and the crust used to be decent up until now where the center is PAPER THIN.
FOR $35 LAST PIZZA EVER

I ordered your Saturday special with 2 pops and 2 Dipping sauce...63 dollars? I ordered extra cheese on top of the special. I will never again order from you and I will gladly spread the word amongst my friends

As per the conversation you had with our staff when placing your order, yes you had ordered our Saturday Special (extra large pizza which comes with three regular toppings), extra cheese counts as two toppings, 2 dips, drinks and an order of dough balls, taxes and a delivery charge of $7.00.
We are very sorry that you were not satisfied with the the total cost of your purchase, but we do take pride in our products and do our very best to provide each customer with the best service and product possible.
When ordering takeout we are doing our best to not gouge our customers, but provide them with the best possible product we can as food costs and wages have increased. We are not a franchise but a small home town mom and pop shop. We are doing our best. We did offer to give you a discount on your next order and you declined.
In addition we have not changed our menu prices in that last 4 to 5 years. Our new menu and prices will be released shortly.

Lived across Southern Ontario & travelled throughout North Eastern USA, their pizza is easily in “the best” realm! Amazing service & friendly as can be too. Been a regular since my first slice in 2020.

MaryJane just deliver a fantastic New Years Eve dinner of Veal Parm and potato plus and a dinner of Egg Parm and spaghetti plus garlic bread. It was 5 stars all the way

Best tasting pizza and garlic bread with cheese & bacon around. We use to get it for the prisoners. Now I know why they liked coming to court. Just to get pizza from Tops. First time I have ever tasted it after all these years. Pete and family you have a great pizza place. Will miss you. Enjoy your retirement. You have earned it. Thank You. Robin

Very disappointed.....Ordered a chicken ceasar salad and chicken Parm with lasagna. I asked for my salad to be mixed which they did not do. The homemade ceasar dressing used to be delicious. Now it's nothing more than mayonnaise with some oil in it. Not even a HINT of flavor in the sauce not to mention the chicken breast was TINY. Tops used to provide real bacon bits and croutons with the salad. Now it's fake bacon bits and a small package containing no joke 10 croutons. I used to enjoy this place but not since the owners have changed... won't be ordering again that's for sure

OMG. Started eating keto four months ago. Missed pizza. Friend told us Tops does Keto. Ordered ham crust pizza. Loved it!!! Our go to place for our new diet plan. Ordered on line. Wasn’t as long as it said it would be. ??. Can’t wait to try the keto sandwiches.

Best pizza place in town. Has been my favourite since I was a kid. And now it is my kids favorite. They wanted pizza tonight and I ordered myself the Keto pizza with the pepperoni base. I was worried I would still feel I was missing out while they ate the classic pizza as it's my favorite, but I didn't it all the keto pizza was delicious and satisfying! Their family run business definitely shows in their food made with love and good ingredients opposed to other chain pizza restaurants, there is no comparison. Thank you!

Yesterday we ordered a birthday lunch for our son's birthday. Pizza and Wings which were the best we every had. Also the dough balls filled with cheese, pepperoni and sauce were to die for. Thank you for making his day so special.

Ordered the day before a large customer appreciation lunch. Could not have been more impressed. I called in to confirm an online order, the lady was so helpful and happy! The gentleman who delivered was so personable and took the time to let me know a bit about the restaurant, that little goes a long way! The food was on time and the quality was outstanding, wings were amazing! Garlic pizza and specialty pizza were impressive. All the little things were included. Huge appreciation to a business that shows they are not a run of the mill chain. While I don’t live anywhere close to Orilla, each time I am in town I will have to pop-in ! I never take the time to post reviews, but you guys really are fantastic

I hosted a baby shower for 25 people. Toni and Peter prepared chicken parmesan, pasta with meat sauce, caesar salad and garlic bread for us. All was excellent! The chicken parmesan portions were large and juicy and spectacular! The pasta and salad were wonderful! Everyone commented on how great the food was! Thank you Toni and Peter for preparing such a wonderful meal for our event! Cheers, Debbie

Walked in there for the first time today. What a great group of people. Very friendly and really helpful. Had their pepperoni based Keto pizza. Delish!! Going to try the other Keto pizzas also, the zucchini and the eggplant based ones. If they're anything like the pepperoni, I will be in heaven. P.S. They do welcome you like family. P.P.S. They are getting Keto buns and will be making Keto subs soon. I'm in my glory!! Thank you so much Tops in Pizza!

We’re truly blessed to have met you when we first introduced the pizza. You have educated us on many Keto options that were considering putting on our menu. This is the best pizza in town and the only place that offers fresh garlic as a topping for us garlic lovers. The pizza is always made on time and is nice and hot. There is no comparison between them and any of the local chains. I always order online from their website and I have never had to wait for my pizza ever. I just can't say enough good things about this family, they are amazing.

Our favourite spot in town! Delicious, home cooked meals with fresh and healthy ingredients. They cater to all dietary restrictions, which is a rare find. The staff are warm and friendly and we truly love coming here and enjoying their amazing food!
