I travelled from Alberta to Orillia Ontario for a fitting and was very un impressed with the service I received. The lady was very rude. The store did Not have my size of undergarments. After trying on multiple garments not satisfied with the lack of variety and selection as well as the poor quality of the garment threads and fabrics I returned home to only to have received a venereal disease and a bad rash from trying on the garments. Value village has better quality and selection and is located across the road from this establishment

I finally decided to buy a mastectomy bra with the inserts. A very overwhelming experience I can assure you. Roseanne was absolutely wonderful. She said I am not letting you leave this store without a bra. She pulled boxes out of the storage area and together we looked. I walked out of there on air with my new bra and two inserts. Thank you Roseanne for making my day and being so compassionate.

I am an unusual size, and they have never steered me wrong. The bras they have are high quality, and have lasted me for an insanely long time. They are well worth it.

We had the BEST experience today at tnt. My sister has been looking for a new bra forever. Not everyone has post-mastectomy bras. We went in on the spur of the moment without an appointment and found the perfect bra. Raffealla is very experienced at finding the perfect fit. She is very understanding and complimentary with her clients. We left her shop very satisfied and will return again soon.

Found this gem over the Christmas break while up North visiting friends and family. Not only did I find amazing products to take home with me (top notch lingerie & cozies!), but I finally found bras that fit perfect and feel good. The staff was fun, friendly, casual and professional all wrapped in one! I will definitely make the drive to Orillia from now on to buy all of my girlie goodies! If you haven't shopped here yet, you should check this store out! You will not be disappointed. Thanks again to the staff for making this shopping experience memorable. :)
