Custom made orthotics are able to be prescribed by chiropodists after haveing a biomechanical assessment and gait analysis in our office. Each person has different needs and our orthotics address individual needs. December 2nd will be our last day to initiate casting for orthotics to be completed for year end delivery. Ingrown toenails can be caused by injuries to toes, tight footwear, nail deformites or faulty nail cutting. We can help with assessment and knowledge to help treat your foot health issues. November is National Diabetes Month. Your feet can be affected by changes in your health with diabetes. Checking your feet daily and being aware of changes in sensation to your feet can help to reduced the risks of skin changes. Talk to your physician or health care provided for further education.
