if I could give zero stars I would visited this location at blue mountain and received the worst customer service. asked about sizing and the lady laughed and told me the item wouldn't fit me because I'm plus sized. also was not interested in talking to the customers was very busy talking with another girl that seemed to be a friend. I asked what this lady's name was and she told me. I am very disappointed with this customer service. I have visited the Orillia location many times and always found something I liked and that would fit me but the blue mountain location employee made my time there bad. after this experience at blue I am not going to be shopping here again. I would like to contact a manager to report this horrible customer service but there is no contact information so I have to leave a review.
