I use the Spray and then the Balm on top of the Magnesium Oil Spray (Water Soluble) in really sore and problem areas for double effectiveness. I find I get almost immediate muscle relief when I do this. I also use the Balm and the Spray to help me relax and for all the health benefits magnesium provides.
