Yes this photo is real, Yes we actually went to this home. This is what happens when tenants don't take care of your home, We were called in when there was a leak going into the main floor unit. The floor had rotted out and the toilet was sinking into the floor. Have us set up a service plan for you to check out your plumbing once or twice a year to make sure your tenants are not doing this to your home.
