Keith has been amazing to work with - anyone else I asked about the drawings for our small addition quoted me triple what Keith did, and then his price ended up being less than his estimate. When I asked him how it was possible for him to be so much cheaper, he happily explained. He also reassured me that for our small project I didn't need anyone to prepare the permit for me as it was something I could handle, which saved us even more money. As a business owner myself, this is the kind of guy you keep using. He's friendly, prompt, and honest. Even with the back and forth between myself and the city applying for our permit, he's made adjustments and answered any of my questions quickly. Can't recommend enough! Look no further - this is the guy! :) If I need drawings again, I know who I'm calling.

Keith did the drawing for our second story addition and we are so pleased with them and his services. I thought I would be bugging him with all the changes I kept making but he reassured me that it’s no problem at all and part of the process. My contractor needed a few changes made after they were done and printed it was no problem he got right on it and sent it to him. Highly recommend him and his quick and professional work. Won’t be sorry

Working with Keith is a stress free experience. We had him design our 2 car garage with an upstairs, as it comes together, we are the envy of neighborhood. Following his plans to the T is proving to be a solid construction and has passed all inspections flawlessly. He WILL be my go to for all future drawings.
