With the significant knee damage skiing I risked both surgery and never skiing again …. With the help of Dr Spencer Bell and the Peak Performance team I have made a full recovery. I’m stronger than I was before the accident, and I Am Skiing!

This was made possible with a close collaboration with Dr Bell in the early stages of rehab and then a regime that build overall leg and core strength to guard against re-injury ??

There are no words to describe the appreciation and respect of have for the Peak Performance Team!

For over 5 decades I did no strength training. I am a believer in Peak as their functional approach to body strength has improved my balance, increased my functional strength for my activities of daily living and reduced my usual injuries-back, neck, shoulders.
Peak has an inviting, motivating and non-judgmental atmosphere good for anyone at any age and ability. I feel that it is a mandatory investment in life health.

April 1/19 joined the 3 month Boot camp. The results have been amazing. With some guidance I have dropped 20lbs, came off 2 blood pressure pills, sleep way better, and my overall well being has greatly improved. It wasn't easy but well worth the effort , my gym friends are always encouraging and and NO one is ever left behind. Looking forward to the next 3 months! Thank you Brandon.

The trainers are very knowledgeable and teach you a lot of great exercises to help you achieve your goals. Great gym with a lot to offer and meet your needs.
