Student Athlete Package


Description


Developing athletes to reach their PEAK and play at the next level. Our athletic programs are designed to promote healthy movement patterns to increase performance and longevity on and off the play surface. Focusing on core stability, injury prevention, strength, power production, footwork, speed, acceleration and endurance.    

 

Athletes will be given a 45 minute one on one session a week for 3 months, with additional programs provided every month to allow them to reach their goals.
