Nutrition is a critical part of an athlete’s life. Depending on the sport, athletes will have a diverse range of energy and nutrient needs to consider. Athletes need a specific combination of foods and corresponding macro and micro-nutrients will be optimal for their bodies, performance, recovery, and overall health.

We offer both individual athletic nutrition programs and team oriented seminars to help athletes excel on the playing surface by optimizing their time and energy off of it. 

Individual athletic nutrition programs include:

  • 1 hour initial health history
  • 1 hour follow up program implementation and education on sport specific nutrition
  • 1 half hour follow up to ensure understanding and compliance
  • Individualized meal plans
  • Supplement education & recommendations
