So you just got engaged, congratulations! We recommend you bring your engagement ring (or diamond wedding band, anniversary ring) in every few weeks for the first 6 to 12 months to ensure your settings are secure. This will allow us to check for any manufacturer defects, or your personal wear patterns that may be an issue for your beloved jewelry down the road. 

We offer complimentary in-store ring cleaning. Your diamond rings (and other jewelry, with some limitations) can be inspected and cleaned while you wait and browse our wide selection of rings, necklaces, earrings, watches and giftware.

We will inspect your diamond ring setting before cleaning to ensure your stones are tight and secure. 

We offer rhodium plating (re-rhodium dip) of your white gold rings to keep them fresh and crisp white through our goldsmith.

We offer re-tip of your claws on white, yellow or rose gold, and some sterling silver through our goldsmith.

Bring your items in to have our experts provide a free estimate on repairs and maintenance that can be completed on forever pieces to keep them in like-new condition.

Custom maintenance package are available, however through our 60+ years of experience manufacturer defects are most common within the first 2 weeks to 2 months.

We always recommend removing your jewelry when: on vacation (salt water, hot tubs, chlorinated pools), cleaning and household chores (chemicals, abrasives, exaggerated wear and tear), working out or going to the gym (necklaces caught on equipment, rings scratch on metal bars or misshapen under weight, swelling of fingers), before bed (swelling over night, claws getting caught on sheets, chains / necklaces getting caught in hair, earrings getting smushed and twisted against pillow).
