In developing personal relationships with our clients at the local level we get to know them and their businesses. In doing so, we provide peace of mind by allowing them to focus on business development and growth while we take care of things that they just don’t have the time, expertise, staff or interest in doing.

My name is Nancy Stabback and I am the proud owner of the Padgett Orillia location. In 1998, I made a decision to invest in the Padgett Business Services franchise here in Barrie. In doing so I joined strength with over 400 other Accounting Professionals across Canada and the United States. My background including that of my family has always been in small business. I have personally owned and operated small businesses including restaurants, a general store and income properties. I know how small business owners think and can use my experience and expertise to help them overcome the many hurdles they encounter on an ongoing basis.

I am not only engaged in my own Padgett Franchise, I serve on the Advisory Board that regularly meets to discuss the concerns of the more than 400 franchisees across North America. I am also active in local business groups and service clubs, and volunteer with a local small business training group to help future business owners get a solid start with their new venture.

Through PADGETT BUSINESS SERVICES, my staff and I are able to offer small business advice and consultation as well as tax preparation, government compliance, financial reporting, complete payroll services, and other important services. These include representing clients at audits and for record and trust examinations. For many of our clients these are the tasks that often bog down their businesses.
