I have been a loyal customer of Home Hardware in Orillia for several years, and especially during this "shop at home" campaign during COVID19. I would always rate this store as 5 Star, however during this last shut down the customer service has fallen way off. You can rarely reach anyone by phone, the associates are very abrupt, and the email system of ordering is not highly rated. I placed an order on May 22/21, received confirmation of my email stating I would be hearing from someone, and it is now May 30. I have heard from no one and obviously my order has not been filled. I am not the only one complaining of the lack of service at this time. Its a great store. I truly hope they can get back to what they have been known for - "Great Customer Service".
