There are two levels of First Aid, Standard and Emergency. As part of their course, students receive a First Aid textbook/workbook that is also a complete First Aid Manual, a Pocket Face Mask and a pair of nitrile gloves. Healthcare Professional CPR (HCP) can be added to the Standard First Aid Course.

- Shock Unconsciousness & Fainting
- Cardiovascular Conditions
- CPR - Level C - Adult, Child & Infant or HCP Level
- Automated External Defibrillation
- First Aid for Choking Adult, Child & Infant
- First Aid for Severe Bleeding and Other Wound Care
Day Two
A combination of approximately six of the following modules, based on the specific needs of the class and time constraints.
