Try using our Maple BBQ sauce to change the way you serve Salmon. 1-2 cups of mixed veggies (carrots, beans, cauliflower, broccoli, onions, etc). 1/4 tsp lemon juice. 1/2 tsp of pesto. 1-2 fresh salmon fillets. Pinch of sea salt and pepper. 2 tbsp of butter (preferably roasted garlic butter made by @melanierobinsoncatering).1.Preheat Oven to 400° to 450° F. Use a baking pan and lay foil down. 2.Add Butter to sauce pan over medium heat. Add veggies into the sauce pan. Let cook until veggies are soft. Stir occasionally so the butter does not burn. 3.Add ½ tsp of Pesto to each piece of Salmon before covering it with Foil. Sprinkle ¼ tsp of lemon to each piece as well. 4.Bake Salmon in oven for approximately 10-15 minutes or until fish begins to flake when testing it with a fork. 5.Drain cooked vegetables into serving bowl. Add a pinch of sea salt and pepper. Sprinkle Lemon juice or you can add a bit more butter for flavour. Mix well in bowl. 6.Add the cooked salmon to a serving plate and drizzle Momma Mari’s Maple BBQ sauce on top. 7.Scoop vegetables onto serving plate and serve.
