Hi, been going to Laclie Pharmacy for years and I got to say their service and reliability has been getting worse and worse. For example today I went to pick up my wives medications and I was rudely told to move off of my sticker so a pharmacist could instead help someone in line behind me. Last time I checked real Canadians used manners. Also, when leaving the pharmacy I was told to have a good day ma'am. Just another frustrating and insulting day at Laclie pharmacy.

We had a short association with them in 2018 when we needed a specially created medication for my son who was non oral. This pharmacy came through for him and customized the medication to suit his unique needs for four months until his body was under control again and stable.
I wouldn't hesitate to turn to these people again if another such need arose for unique customized medication. Laclie Pharmacy was so helpful and the staff was kind and friendly.

Laclie Pharmacy’s team is absolutely incredible! I switched over from another pharmacy that was careless with my medications, and had awful customer service skills. I have a chronic illness and they always go above & beyond making everything effortless with all my meds. Most amazing staff and I am so happy I found this gem in orillia!! They will continue to get our families business, they are worth the 30 minute drive for me! Hands down best pharmacy around! This amazing place has our families business!

Review of Laclie Pharmacy, submitted by Linda Longauer, Orillia On.This is a wonderful home town pharmacy. I had to make a few purchases last Saturday, after a procedure I had done at another of our local businesses-the Anti Aging Clinic. I had been told to use arnica after my minivamp facial procedure. The staff at Laclie Pharmacy knew exactly what I needed and also had some additional suggestions. It was wonderful to be treated in such a caring and friendly way. In this day and age I really value trust and this pharmacy fosters a very trusting relationship between itself and it's clientele. Thank you to all who work there.

This is a great pharmacy! The customer service is amazing. When I want a certain product they order it in especially for me. It's the best compounding pharmacy in Orillia.
