Under K Knight's Contracting Management project delivery system, we act as agent of the owner to provide expert construction services. Typically, our clients take advantage of our management services early in the design phase, thereby enabling our Construction Management team to integrate with the design team to collaboratively provide substantial cost, schedule, constructibility, and operational input into the overall design.

Under Construction Management, a field in which K Knight Contracting has long been an industry leader, trade contracts may be entered into sequentially. Each time a significant phase or part of the overall design is completed, bids for that trade package can be solicited, allowing construction to commence as soon as is appropriate. This process, known as “fast-tracking”, is essentially an overlapping of design and construction that is often associated with Construction Management.
