With in house design and past sub trades K.Knight Contracting has completed several office renovations and alterations. The ability to work hand and hand with designers and customers allows K.Knight Contracting to be quite competitive and successful in this market and to meet customer's requirements and schedules.

Ministry of Safety & Security
Through Ontario Realty Corporation, K. Knight Contracting has carried out projects on Provincial Government Buildings, including the Ministry of Safety & Security. Projects have included a new office in Communications Centre. Projects carried out for Ontario Realty Corporation also included renovations at the Ontario Fire College, Orillia Court House, Ministry of Natural Resources, Ministry of Transportation Ontario - Huntsville, Barrie Court House, and many others.
