Lake Home Renovation
This home overlooking Lake Couchiching required the enlarging of the 2nd floor master bedroom and the main floor living room. With the demolition of the existing sun room and removal of rear deck this project was carried out without disruption to the owner. Part of the existing exterior wall was removed and construction of the two story brick addition was carried out. upon completion all interior and exterior finishes matched so as to allow renovation to bllend with the original.
