Home Renovation and Addition
This residence overlooking Lake Simcoe began with the removal of the kitchen, which joined the living room and bedrooms. The project required raising and moving the bedroom wing of house to allow for the two story prow.The new prow consisted of dining room / entrance on main floor and master bedroom with ensuite on the second floor overlooking the dining room. Existing East and West wings were renovated to blend with the additions.
