We are open this holiday weekend!Enjoy a yoga class with Katie on Saturday at 9:30 am, and 3 classes on Sunday: 8:30 am, 9:30 am, and 11:00 am.Sue will be teaching a Hatha Flow class at 8:30 am, and a TheraMovement class at 9:30 am on Holiday Monday.We have some terrific deals at the boutique right now and will be open both Saturday and Sunday until 1:00 pm.

We are happy to offer classes all holiday weekend! The boutique is open until 11:00 am on Good Friday; 9:00 am - noon on Saturday; 8:30 am - 2:00 pm Sunday; and 9:00 am - 5:30 pm Monday.

Happy to announce that we will be offering 2 yoga classes on Labour Day! There will be a level 2 Hatha Flow class at 8:30am, and a Yin-inspired Therapeutic class (level 1/2) at 9:30am. The boutique will be open until noon.
