What is the Graston Technique? It's an instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization which can be used to treat a variety of acute or chronic conditions. This technique works well for sprains/strains, tendonitis, compartment syndromes/shin splints, carpal tunnel, and plantar fasciitis.
