Similar to tattooing but less evasive our semi-permanent pigmentation system and our machine manual pen create the perfect eyeliner look lasting up to 3 – 5 years. The Magic Shadow Eye Liner is a soft liner effect that is applied behind the lashes – filling the space between the lashes. Can be applied to both the top and bottom lash line. Creating the illusion of fuller darker natural lashes with out the heavy over done eye liner look.
