this is the pole or, 'stack,' that holds the power wires that come from the hydro pole to the house. Look close. One of the wires has come off the insulator and is now connected directly to the house. This could cause a fire or a shock hazard. We observed this last week and is another great reason to have a professional home inspection by Cowden and Associates.
