On Monday December 23rd 2024 our furnace quit at about 9 pm.
I was advised to call Black River Heating & Cooling. Office was closed but had a after hours #. I called a spoke to Jake at about 10 pm. Told him our problem and he was here in half a hour.
The furnace after 16 years was done and he was going to have to red tag the furnace. Jake said he had a brand new furnace on the shop floor.
Gave us an outstanding price and told us his partner a he could install right away. Aprrox 2-3 hrs. At 2:30 am Christmas Eve we had a brand new furnace . Jake and Matt saved our Christmas. The install was neat and no mess. These 2 guys went beyond the call to help save our Christmas!!
