I had an amazing experience at this Avaia Salon & Spa and Sarah really made my visit unforgettable! From the moment I walked in, she was warm, professional, and attentive. She listened carefully to what I wanted and offered great suggestions for my hair type. Sarah took her time to make sure everything was perfect, and I left feeling like a new person. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for a talented and friendly stylist. I’ll definitely be back!

Highest recommendation for Avaia salon and the ladies who run the show! I’ve always had a comfortable experience in Sarah’s chair, as I know many others have. She is devoted to ensuring her clients are happy during the styling process and leave satisfied with the results! Her charm and talent are among the many reasons she has so many returning clients. I’m happy to call her a good friend of mine, and I can’t wait for my next appointment!

I hadn’t been in a professional’s chair in years due to hair anxiety but Sarah worked her magic and made my box dyed hair look amazing again!! She and the other stylists in the salon make you feel comfortable and relaxed as they work, I recommend them whenever someone tells me they’re thinking about getting their hair done!! :)

Would love to share my experience even though ALL my experiences with Sarah have been amazing but this one was extra!!! She did an 8.5 hour colour correction and it turned out better than my expectations as she had to deal with mahogany boxed dye!!! I am very pleased with what she pulled off for the first session. Always a pleasure having her fix my ooopsies and i enjoy all the laughter that comes with the hair appointment as well! thank you so so so much Sarah you rock!

Highly recommended! After years of having my friend doing my hair i had adapted to a style I liked. Unfortunately it had been about 3 years since she was able to do my hair. I reached out to Avaia and spoke with Sarah, expressing how I was nervous with someone else doing my hair, but let me tell you she did NOT disappoint!!! I’m beyond happy with the results, and how very kind, understanding, supportive she was with any questions I had. My hair turned out perfect!! Going forward, I’ll be going back to her for any hair services!! Thank you Sarah, and thank you to all the lovely women at Avaia!

I had Sarah do a full body wax to help protect my skin. Bein crippled for 25 years and started developing rash on back and bottom because of sitting for 14 hours and laying in bed the remaining time. Once I explained the reason she went right to work and did everything requested in a very professional and extremely friendly way. Going back in 4 weeks

I have mobility issues and after weeks of looking for a Salon where I could go and get a pedicure and could accommodate my disability I found Avaia Salon. I was tired of looking at my feet and although, there are mobile services that come to your home I wanted to get out of the house and be pampered. Ashley was wonderful, patient and gentle. I would recommend Avaia to anyone with or without a disability.

Definitely a low end salon with low end staff, I believe her name was kristy, but my poor aunt left looking worse than when she went in, staff needs more colour training, or perhaps only hire people with some experience..

I was nervous going in and wasn't sure what hairstyle and colour I wanted but Kristy put me at ease and helped me figure out what direction we needed to go in. Totally happy with what I walked out with and recommend Avaia 100% Thank you so much!

My daughter and I had a wonderful time at the Holiday Princess Party. The staff were all very welcoming and did an awesome job pampering the young ladies that attended the event. We will definitely go again. Thank you!

I had a $100 gift certificate and you asked me for an additional $20. Turns out the service was $94. Looks like you over charged me $26. Shame on you. I will never visit your establishment again!

Excellent Salon. They always go above and beyond for their clients. I love the friendly staff. Prices are reasonable and the service is exceptional. My stylist (Nicole T) is amazing. She knows exactly what I like and I let her have free reign. She's never disappointed me!

5 starts isn’t enough for this spa and the lovely lady’s that work here!!! The staff is absolutely amazing every time I come in I always feel welcome no matter what I have come in for ( even if it’s just to get my eyebrows done ) They always treat me like a queen ( and who doesn’t love that ) they always make sure your satisfied before they let you leave. And so many amazing spa treatments to choose from. There is so many wonderful things I can say about this spa and the staff ! I highly recommend checking it out for yourself you won’t be disappointed.
