I had Sarah do a full body wax to help protect my skin. Bein crippled for 25 years and started developing rash on back and bottom because of sitting for 14 hours and laying in bed the remaining time. Once I explained the reason she went right to work and did everything requested in a very professional and extremely friendly way. Going back in 4 weeks

I have mobility issues and after weeks of looking for a Salon where I could go and get a pedicure and could accommodate my disability I found Avaia Salon. I was tired of looking at my feet and although, there are mobile services that come to your home I wanted to get out of the house and be pampered. Ashley was wonderful, patient and gentle. I would recommend Avaia to anyone with or without a disability.

Definitely a low end salon with low end staff, I believe her name was kristy, but my poor aunt left looking worse than when she went in, staff needs more colour training, or perhaps only hire people with some experience..

I was nervous going in and wasn't sure what hairstyle and colour I wanted but Kristy put me at ease and helped me figure out what direction we needed to go in. Totally happy with what I walked out with and recommend Avaia 100% Thank you so much!

My daughter and I had a wonderful time at the Holiday Princess Party. The staff were all very welcoming and did an awesome job pampering the young ladies that attended the event. We will definitely go again. Thank you!

I had a $100 gift certificate and you asked me for an additional $20. Turns out the service was $94. Looks like you over charged me $26. Shame on you. I will never visit your establishment again!

We have reviewed your file and it appears you were accidentally charged regular price for our Manicure and Pedicure instead of the discounted price for the "Pick Me Up Package". I can't apologize enough, we definitely did this by accident. The service you had is $94.00 before taxes with the 13% tax you should have been charged $106.22. I couldn't be happier with my hair! Thanks so much Nicole T you are the best. Also very pleased with my daughters hair done by Alex. I wouldn't trust anywhere else for the best results. Worth every penny ladies??

My First visit was last October ! A Gift Certificate for my BIRTH Day I have been coming back since that first visit. Great Staff. Welcoming, Professional and Friendly Environment. I highly recommend this Salon ! Thank you for making me always feel welcome. Kudos for the exceptional Service Alex

Excellent Salon. They always go above and beyond for their clients. I love the friendly staff. Prices are reasonable and the service is exceptional. My stylist (Nicole T) is amazing. She knows exactly what I like and I let her have free reign. She's never disappointed me!

5 starts isn’t enough for this spa and the lovely lady’s that work here!!! The staff is absolutely amazing every time I come in I always feel welcome no matter what I have come in for ( even if it’s just to get my eyebrows done ) They always treat me like a queen ( and who doesn’t love that ) they always make sure your satisfied before they let you leave. And so many amazing spa treatments to choose from. There is so many wonderful things I can say about this spa and the staff ! I highly recommend checking it out for yourself you won’t be disappointed.

Five star spa! My husband gave me the gift certificate for your spa! He now knows what to buy me for all special occassions! Thanks for the lovely experience and all the special treatment! I felt like a queen for weeks! My husband feels like a king....he's onto something here! Thanks Cathy D.
